My wife and I purchased a Jayco, Greyhawk, class C motorhome from your facility in September. We wish to express our appreciation to you and your fine staff for this fine vehicle. Joe Wortham, the sales representative, was not only knowledgeable and helpful but made Diane and I very comfortable in our decision making process, no pressure. That in itself is refreshing. We were more thankful because he took his day off to ensure the RV was completely prepped and our basic schooling was completed to our satisfaction.
We would also like to express our appreciation to Manuel Castillas for giving us a thorough walk-thru and answering the many questions we had about how various fixtures operated. We did ask a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them, going so far as to seek further technical information from associates rather than to give us incomplete or vague information. First of all I want you to know that I am writing this letter with great pleasure. My wife and I have purchased 3 RVs from Johnnie Walker. The first was a used 18 Fun Finder, the second was a new 25 Springdale and now we have purchased our dream, a new 39 Eagle 5th wheel.
Irene Eckles has been our sales person on all three purchases, (so I dont think I have to tell you how satisfied we are with her, but I will). Most important is she listens to you and helps you make a wise decision. She makes sure what you are pulling with will make a safe rig going down the highway. She knows her product and will explain all the options of the RV being considered. She will do all possible to stay within your financial limits. I cannot thank you enough for having a sales person such as her.
Lee Ann Thomas has taken care of the financing on all three RVs. She is extremely knowledgeable, but most important is that she is helpful. She takes the time to explain all aspects of the contract, warranties, and extended warranties. We have walked out of her office, after receiving a hug and best of luck, feeling very content with our purchases.
Danny Gallion is a gem. When it comes to customer service he is one of your greatest assets. He is a Good and Honest Man. He has taken care of all three of our RVs with the highest degree of service. When I ask what he thinks of a product he tells me. Sometimes he might recommend another product and he has told me that I might not be happy with a certain product. He has never made a promise that he has not backed up. He has helped with tips and installation on items. He is my go to contacted after purchasing.

I have read about it, and I have heard about it. That is, those who have been on the road with their RVs and had sudden problems, and had an exceptional place to provide service. I want you to know that we have experienced one of those places.
While visiting Zion National Park we started to notice that our refrigerator was not cooling properly. Frustrated and angry as we had experienced this problem once before we eventually found ourselves calling Johnnie Walker. On May 21 we came in and immediately found a friendly and helpful staff ready to work with us. After two bad experiences with Norcold we decided to put in a household refrigerator. Ken Allen indicated they had never installed one before but felt sure it would be no problem if we could find one to fit. We traversed the city and found one that we thought would work. It was delivered and after pulling the old unit, the new one was found to be too deep. After returning it and ordering online we found that unit was no longer available. Frustrated and feeling guilty for tying up space and time, we found wonderful support from the staff which includes Ken Allen, Al Spurlock, and Jeremy Johnson. They assured us we were ok and they would help as soon as we were ready. They had given us a key to the gate and offered a place to stay while the nightmare continued. We finally found a unit, had it delivered on an upcoming holiday weekend. We left with our car to sightsee while our unit was worked on. We returned to find them working to finish the job. While we waited, we sat in the waiting area and over several hours met a number of people whom worked at Johnnie Walker, All of them were so positive about their experiences working with the company. Steve Nepa was helpful in getting me info on my rig that I was not able to get, several sales people stopped to see if all way ok, and in general treated us with interest and kindness. Al worked to have our warranty and extended warranty cover anything possible and did an exceptional job. Ready to leave, we said our goodbyes to all those people and got on the road.
I will continue to praise Johnnie Walker RV Center as one that cares about their customers and goes well beyond the norm in the way they treat customers, I plan to send notices to several magazines I receive letting them know they can add Johnnie Walker RV Center to those they suggest for great treatment, fair pricing, and wonderful service.

Great place to buy a travel trailer. They have a very large selection of quality recreation vehicles. We have upgraded a couple of campers with Johnny Walker and have never had a bad experience.
